Shabbat Services: 2nd Friday of the month:
We are currently holding our monthly services electronically through Zoom. To get connected to services, please email Rabbi Ellen at rabbicantorejg@gmail.com and she will happily send you the link to join us.
Shabbat Dinners: 4th Friday of the month:
These lovely dinners, hosted by Rabbi and Spencer are currently on hold, but in their place we are having a short Shabbat celebration and schmooze on Zoom. This gives us a chance to check on each other and catch up. We invite members and friends to tune in by emailing Rabbi Ellen as above.
Weekly Torah Study with Rabbi Ellen:
Every Tuesday, 7 p.m.- 8pm through AUGUST 2021. (no class on June 15th)
Discussion will focus on the weekly parshat hashavua: the Torah portion that is assigned for reading the following Shabbat morning. Everything is in English, though Rabbi Ellen will point out Hebrew words and phrases that are interesting or that we use in worship. Each class is a stand-alone; you don't need to attend every week. But if you do, you'll wind up knowing a lot about the first five books of the Hebrew Bible! If you are not on the TC email list, contact Rabbi Ellen (rabbicantorejg@gmail.com) for the zoom link.
